The building is architecturally defined by its striking roofs and spacious common staircase, from which a series of dynamic interior spaces emerge. Then we enter the comfortable space of the kitchen, dining room and open-plan living room. From the living room, dining room and kitchen, we exit through the sliding doors to the outside covered terrace, oriented northeast – east with a view of the garden, the sea and the surrounding landscape. From the living room across the hall we reach the toilet (right) and further down the hall and over four stairs we reach the part of the apartment where there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a window and access to a covered balcony, oriented northeast – southeast with a view of the garden. The second bedroom has an exit to the loggia with a view of the garden, the sea and the surrounding landscape. The walls are painted in a neutral white color and the floors are tiled with ceramics. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower cabin and a shower and a sink. In the bathroom, the walls and floors are covered with ceramics. Inverter air
conditioners are installed in the living room and bedrooms.
All apartments have access to a shared garden, sunbathing area and barbecue. There are separate storage rooms for the apartments under the sundeck. The outside space of the yard is bounded by metal and concrete fences that are finished with acrylic silicate. The approach to the building is from the west side of the street, on the same side there are parking spaces for seven cars, as well as a spacious closed garage.
The location of the building is exceptional due to its close proximity to the protected holm oak park, the theme trail and viewpoint, sandy and pebble beaches surrounded by rocks, and hiking and biking trails. This multi-apartment building is located on the edge of the Bošana settlement – the town of Pag, 5 km north of the town of Pag, and the town of Zadar and Zadar airport are 60 km away. Cafes, restaurants and shops are located in the town of Pag and are a few minutes away by car.
