The new building stands on the site of the original house right by the beach. It offers one apartment unit. On the ground floor of the house there is a garage for 1 car, two bedrooms and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a balcony, another bathroom. An internal staircase leads further to the roof terrace, which is partially covered, there is a hot tub and a place to relax.
Zadar is a city in Croatian Dalmatia, on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, 270 km south of Zagreb. It is the fifth largest Croatian city, the third on the Adriatic coast. It is the administrative center of the county of the same name. The city is located in the central part of the Croatian coast of the Adriatic Sea. The historic city developed on a peninsula that adjoins the mainland from the southeast. The peninsula is protected from the open sea by nearby islands; the calm bay has historically allowed the emergence of an influential port. Access to it is possible through the so-called Zadar Canal. Near Zadar is the Velebit mountain range and the area of the former Krajina (Lika) on the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are five national parks around Zadar: Krka National Park, Paklenica National Park, Northern Velebit National Park, Kornati National Park and Plitvice Lakes National Park.
