Buying property abroad is a major decision. The person you choose to help you find and purchase it can make a significant difference to how happy you will be with your choice for years to come. I have been working with international real estate since 2003. In recent years, I have been living in Croatia, where I help Czech clients find their second home by the sea or an attractive investment opportunity.

However, Domov u moře is not limited to Croatia – I also help clients find properties in Italy, Spain and Greece.

On the Buyer’s Side

I work primarily as a personal real estate advisor representing the buyer’s interests. I am not looking for a buyer for one particular property – I am looking for the right property for my client. I cooperate with local real estate agencies and trusted partners, which means my search is not limited to properties in my own portfolio. I work personally with every client.
