The house is spread over two floors and has two apartments. The living area is 154 m² and it is built on a plot of 390 m². On the ground floor there is a two-room apartment consisting of a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and it has a covered terrace. An external staircase leads to the second floor, where there is also a two-room apartment with the same layout. The apartment has access to a terrace with a view of the sea. Within the house there is a barbecue for use, parking and a summer kitchen of approx. 15 m². The house is approx. 150 m from the sea, and you can reach the beautiful sandy beach on foot. The property is located in a quiet, small town and is about 40 km from Split airport.

Rogoznica is a popular tourist resort with a historic centre. It has a small harbour for passenger traffic and a yachting harbour, the marina Frapa Rogoznica, which is considered the most beautiful on the Adriatic. The central part of the marina is located on an artificial island. The town is popular with tourists because of its rugged coastline with plenty of trees, which offers nice swimming and quiet recreation. In the old part of Rogoznica there are many restaurants, ice cream stands, cafes, a cultural centre and a small fishing harbour. During the season there are evening cultural performances in the open air. The town offers nice swimming on the pebble beaches with gradual entry to the water on the main beach and in the surrounding small bays of Loznica, Razanj, etc. The water here is clear.
