The apartment house is located in the quiet village of Seget Vranjica, 5 km from Trogir, 10 km from Split Airport and 30 km from Split.

The nearest concrete / pebble beach is 30m away, a direct path from the house leads to it. The larger pebble beach is about 300m away. Both beaches are shallow and suitable for small children.

The local hospital and emergency service are located in Trogir, and the nearest pharmacy is in Seget Donji, 3 km away. A beautiful promenade by the sea stretches from Seget Vranjica to the old village of Seget Donji (4 km), and the same part can be used for bicycles.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The house has one apartment on the ground floor and three apartments that are in the function of tourism. All apartments are equipped in a style of a mixture of local, Dalmatian architecture with a touch of modern. All furniture and installations are renovated and handmade by the owner.
Two apartments have two bedrooms and are located on the second floor. On the first floor is a two bedroom apartment that extends over the entire floor. This spacious apartment of 100 m2 is luxuriously equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people. From all floors there is a beautiful view of the sea and the whole wave, on the south and west side.
