In front of the house there is a main covered sitting area with an outdoor fireplace, as well as a gate leading directly to the beach.
Each apartment has a separate entrance. In the basement of the house there is a small apartment consisting of an entrance hall, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a small room. In the basement there is also a small storage room and under the garage there is a workshop. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where there is a two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and a view of the sea and the garden. On the first floor there is a small breakfast terrace and the entrance to the third apartment. It consists of a spacious living room, from which there is access to a large terrace with beautiful open views of the sea and the coast. From the living room there is also access to the kitchen, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with balconies, oriented southeast. On the garage roof there is another large terrace, which has views of the sea and can be used as an extra relaxation area. The house was built in 1988 and expanded and renovated in 2002. It is located in a quiet residential area of Seget Vranjica, 400m from the nearest restaurant by the sea, 550m from a supermarket.
Seget Vranjica is situated on a small peninsula Vranjica, 5 km west of UNESCO city Trogir. It is 8 km far from the airport of Split, and 30 km far from Split. Once a fishermen small town, today Seget Vranjica is a peaceful tourist resort with a rich offer of quality accommodation and services. The peninsula is abounded with beautiful sandy and rocky beaches that have an incredible view on Adriatic island Šolta and Drvenik. Seget Vranjica is a destination for those who want a relaxed vacation, far from the hustle and the bustle of larger tourist resorts.
