The house is located in an exceptional location on the edge of Slatine, just 200 m from the vast green zone with natural beaches that stretches on the tip of the island. In front of the house there is a pebble beach that goes for 1.2 km along the local road leading to the center of Slatine with restaurants, bars and other services. During the season, there is also a boat service from there directly to Split Riva. The house is located on a plot with size 347 m2 and offers privacy thanks to well-designed fencing. On the ground floor of the house there is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a seaview and access to the garden. There is an outdoor grill behind the house. There is enough space in the garden for a swimming pool or hot tub. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a nice studio with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. The house can be used in its current state, with minor modifications after the winter, or completely renovated into a modern villa.

The Town of Trogir, that you can reach in 15 min by car, is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, and it is just 20 minutes from the airport. Trogir, just like Dubrovnik, is a medeaval walled town and has been declared a World Heritage site which has UNESCO protection. Čiovo is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo, and one modern bridge. It is a small but lively tourist hub and is especially well known to the many celebrities who visit Croatia as it is the starting point for sailing holidays. It has some of the best restaurants in Croatia and all the ammeneties one would expect in a busy tourist centre. It also has a boat taxi service to Split, which takes about an hour.

There are opportunities to buy property in Trogir itself and these are mostly apartments tucked away in streets hundreds of years old and full of character.
