Villa is separated into two apartments. The ground floor is the secondary house with a bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room and kitchen. First and second floors are the main villa. On the first floor there is a patio with sea view, pool view and garden view. Living room with kitchen and dining room is equipped with A/C. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bathroom, as well. From the balcony of the second floor there is a marvellous sea view.
In the garden, you can swim in the beautiful pool under the palm trees or take a walk around the olive trees. Villa is more remotely located, 2 km from the village of Polychrono and 3.5 km from Chaniotis. The beach of Polychrono is 500m away. Polychrono is a lively touristy coastal village on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, where you will find a beautiful long sandy beach and tourist shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

The Halkidiki peninsula is one of the most popular Greek destinations – attractive mainly thanks to its pine forests, white sandy beaches and crystal clear azure sea. Kassandra as the westernmost tip of the peninsula boasts the most developed part in terms of tourist resorts and amenities. The location is about 100 km from Thessaloniki airport.
