This exceptional house is right on the beach, with no road between the house and the sea, and within walking distance to the village center with shops and restaurants. It is oriented to the north-west and thanks to this it offers beautiful sunsets every day.
There are 3 separate apartments in the house, so it is ideal as a base for a larger family or for tourist rentals. It is located on a plot with area 344 m2 and the total usage area of the house is app. 250 m2. Access to the house is from the street that leads behind the house. Directly from the street there is covered a parking area for 3 cars, and there is an entrance to the middle apartment on the 1st floor. Around the house there is access to outside staircase leading to 2nd floor and to ground floor as well. In front of the house there is a large terrace with pergola, outdoor fireplace, big jacuzzi, two outdoor showers, storage, as well as a gate leading directly to the beach.
Each apartment has a separate entrance. Ground floor and 1st floor apartments are connected by inner staircase, as well, but it can be closed. On the groundfloor there is recently renovated apartment consisting of a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the level of the road there is 3 bedroom apartment (1 bedroom with double bed, 2 with single beds), bathroom, and large living area with a kitchen, with an entrance to a big terrace with a seaview. On the second floor there is a third apartment. It consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen, opening to a large terrace with beautiful open seaviewn. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Kitchens as completaly arranged with all appliances incl. dishwashers on each floor. Seget Vranjica is situated on a small peninsula Vranjica, 5 km west of UNESCO city Trogir. It is 8 km far from the airport of Split, and 30 km far from Split. Once a fishermen small town, today it is a peaceful tourist resort with a rich offer of quality accommodation and services. The peninsula is abounded with beautiful sandy and rocky beaches that have an incredible view on Adriatic island Šolta and Drvenik.
