The house is located in a traditional alley, about 50 m away from the sea and the waterfront, near several restaurants, cafes and all necessary facilities. Parking spaces are available along the waterfront (50 m) or in a large parking lot about 80 m away form the house.

Sveti Filip i Jakov is a place only 3 km away from Biograd na Moru and 25 km away from Zadar. It has all the facilities needed for a pleasant vacation as well as for everyday life: shops, restaurants, pharmacy, elementary school… Sandy and pebble beaches stretch all the way to Biograd on one side and to Turanj on the other. The tourist pre-season begins with the traditional flower fair in April, and the season is full of interesting events.
