This luxury villa is a newly built facility located just a few steps from the sea coast on the beautiful Dalmatian island of Ugljan, which delights with its natural beauty, landscape and untouched nature. This villa offers stunning sea views, a private pool and close to the beach. Built in a contemporary style, the interior of this luxurious villa stands out for its clear lines and refined modern style. The ground floor of the villa is spread over three cascades, connecting the entrance of the house with a modern kitchen and dining room, a living area and a stunning garden with a swimming pool.
Through the sliding glass door, the length of the wall, the bright and spacious living room opens onto a large terrace that is partially shaded for the hottest hours of the day. The outdoor terrace has a seating area and an outdoor grill, with a view of the beautiful infinity pool and the sea.
There is also an additional toilet and laundry room on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (two with a shower and one with a bathtub). Across the island of Ugljan, there are kilometers of bicycle paths, so a bicycle is the ideal means of transportation for exploring this island, as well as the neighboring island of Pašman, which is connected to it by a bridge.
