Luxury seafront apartment house on Čiovo island near Trogir

We have in our offer a lovely house on the seafront, just 5 m from a crystal-clear sea and a small beach. Located on the south side of Ciovo island, this house has 3 floors and a total of 240 sqm of living area, spread on 653 sqm of land plot.

INSIDE AREA:

The ground floor is quite spacious, consists of a studio apartment, which has storage in the back as well. It is furnished, with a bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and living room, with the exit to the outside terrace directly from the living room area.

First floor is a separate apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 1-bathroom, open space concept with living room and fully equipped kitchen. It has great views from the balcony.

The second floor is basically the same concept as the 1st floor, but has high ceilings, making the space bigger than it is. Even better views from the balcony.

OUTSIDE AREA:

From the north side is a gated parking place for 3 cars. On the right side of the house is a swimming pool and an engine room right below it. The whole plot is surrounded with fences, to provide privacy. In front of the building is a nice green area with a lawn and a few fruit trees.

The whole garden is well kept and is one of the best features of the property. It also has direct access to the sea, which is a plus.

The house is in very good condition, does not require any immediate repairs and can be used as a rental property to provide additional income.

Location is one of the best on the whole island, peaceful and calm. Since it is on the south side, it has sunlight through the whole day.

The Town of Trogir is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo. Just like Dubrovnik it is a medaeval walled town and has been declared a World Heritage site which has UNESCO protection.

It is a small but lively tourist hub and is especially well known to the many celebrities who visit Croatia as it is the starting point for sailing holidays.

It has some of the best restaurants in Croatia and all the ammeneties one would expect in a busy tourist centre. It also has a boat taxi service to Split, which takes about an hour.
