Description
A small residential complex is being built near the sea in Pakostane.
A total of 24 apartments will be available in four two-storey buildings, two on each floor. The buildings will be finished in 2023.
They will be located in a quiet part of Pakoštane, only 140 m away from the sea. A path through the pine forest leads to the beach equipped with all necessary facilities, which continues to the promenade towards the center.
Pakoštane is a small Dalmatian town located in a unique position between the sea and Lake Vrana. It is surrounded by 5 national parks, and in the immediate vicinity of Pakostane there are the historic towns Zadar, Biograd n/m and Šibenik.
